pontoon

pontoon is a game similar to blackjack and played with eight decks? 52 cards. The goal of the game is to achieve a hand as close to 21 as possible, without going over.

What is Pontoon?
you start with two cards, as does the donor. the donor controls whether their cards are the winning hand pontoon, but otherwise they are left with the photo side down. you have the choices pull, stand (only if your overall hand is 15 or higher), double or split (if you have two equally short). when you are happy with your hand, shows the donor's hand and pulls or stands according to the rules of the house.

if there is a draw, the donor wins. the donor must pull on soft 17. the card values are As in blackjack (jacks, queens and kings are 10, ace is 1 or 11).

How to Play Pontoon - Rules

The differences between Pontoon and Blackjack are:

- Two hands can turn a regular 21: pontoon (an ace and a tier or picture card) and five card sticks (when the player holds five cards without breaking, regardless of the total value of the hand). Both hands give payment 2 to 1.
- both donor's card is with the photo side down until the player stands or switch.
- there is no possibility of insurance.
- if it's a draw, the donor wins.
- the donor wants to control his cards at the beginning of a hand. if the donor has pontoon, the donor's card is immediately sniffed and the player loses his efforts.
- the player cannot stand until the hand is at least 15.
- the player can draw as many cards as desirable after a doubling.
- the player can only split cards with the same value. for example, you can split two eighths or a queen and a king, both of which are worth ten points.
- if you get an ace and a tier or picture card in a split hand, this is counted as pontoon

Card values
Ordinary cards have face value (2 are two points, 5 are five points etc.). Jack, queen and king are ten points. The ace is one point or eleven points.

Hand value and payout
In falling order:

- Pontoon (ESS + 10-point card). Beats any other hand. Pays 2 to 1.
- five card sticks (any five cards as long as the total value does not exceed 21). beats any hand except pontoon. pays 2 to 1.
- 21 (three or four cards that together provide 21). turns any hand except pontoon and five -card bites. paying equally.
- high total (two, three or four cards, as long as the total value does not exceed 21). turns any hand with a lower total, except five card stitches. paying equally.
- fractures (three or more cards that collectively provide more than 21). the player loses the bet.

Give rules
the donor must draw on soft 17 (two, three or four cards that together provide 17, if one of them is an ace) or lower. the donor must stand on hard 17 (two, three or four cards that together give at least 17, if none of them is an ace) or higher. If there is a draw, the donor wins.
