Ecogra offers an alternative conflict resolution for Malta operators.
Players from over 1000 online gambling websites can submit conflict issues to Ecogra.
London November 12, 2018-The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has approved EcOGRA, the independent test laboratory, to make available its alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service to players at certain MGA-licensed online gaming operators.
Ecogra's fast and impartial conflict resolution service has been available for free to players for over 15 years as part of the organization's self -regulation activities. Since 2015, Ecogra has been approved by the UK Gambling Commission to offer its ADR service to external gambling operators licensed in the UK market.
So far, more than 10,000 conflicts have been handled by Ecogra, it involves leaders operators such as 888, White Hat Gaming, Bwin.party, SportingBet, Unibet, 32Red, Bet-At-Home, Casino Rewards, Betway, Gamesys, Skill On Net and Mr. Green.
Tex Rees, a pure ADR-accredited civilian and commercial settlementer is responsible for Ecogra's conflict resolution service. This includes an experienced team that is obliged to solve most problems within a week.
“All operators licensed in Malta are now, according to the MGA Player Protection Directive 2018 required to give their players access to an impartial third -party conflict resolution service. Since many of our multi-law clients are licensed by MGA, we have made our ADR service available to these operators. We know, from their perspective, how important it is that they can come to us to get a full package of match services, ”says Rees.
